Rooted in a floorwork approach, this workshop incorporates acrobatic and athletic elements to challenge your body and mind. Key aspects include dynamic energy, deep concentration, and a sense of fun as you navigate movement through different levels and varying speeds.
Participants will develop technical skills while enhancing spatial awareness, responsiveness, and adaptability. Partnering exercises foster trust, listening, and the exchange of weight, building a strong sense of connection with others in the space. As the workshop unfolds, you’ll gather material through a variety of tools – improvisation, group tasks, and guided prompts – to create and shape movement ideas.
The experience culminates in an opportunity to share energy as a group, blending individual creativity with collective dynamics. This workshop isn’t just about dancing — it’s about exploring, creating, and embracing the art of movement.
